Shipping
Standard US shipping takes 1-5 business days from the day your order is processed. To Canada, 5-10 business days. Please note - we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. Orders placed before 10am EST will be processed the same day.

Shipping Methods
All US orders placed through emilygreen.com are shipped via USPS.

Orders to Canada ship via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail International and delivered by Canada Post.

Customs, taxes, and duties
emilygreen.com does not pre-pay fees associated with customs, duties, or border taxes for Canada-bound shipments. The customer is responsible for associated fees and should check current rates before placing an order.

When will I be charged for my order?
